Jennifer experiences grief and loss and the challenge of journeying with a loved one who struggles with anxiety and depression. She feels that her experiences are a calling to walk with her clients who are facing similar challenges.

Married with two teenage children,  Jennifer holds more than 20 years of experience counselling and mentoring teenagers, singles, couples and parents in her church as well as in the community. She is passionate about helping people acquire better relational dynamics by empowering them to make a positive difference in their family life, career and society. Jennifer is an experienced speaker and has facilitated talks in small group settings on personal wellness and parenting topics. People often described her as a good listener, compassionate and genuine.

Jennifer has worked in the IT Healthcare industry for more than ten years. She graduated with a Master of Counselling in April 2022 and has experience counselling seniors and adults individuals with anxiety/depression, relationship and grief issues. Jennifer holds a special interest in helping couples and families strengthen their marital relationships.

Transactional Analysis/Re-decision Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Choice Theory, Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy and Structural Family Therapy
