Counsellor
Master of Counselling
(Monash University)
Mandy is a multicultural counsellor with deep respect for the many ways people grow, adapt, and heal. Having lived in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the UK, Switzerland, and Singapore, she brings a culturally attuned and relational approach to her work.
Drawing from her experience in both school settings and private practice, Mandy provides counselling to children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges.
Mandy’s therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Choice Theory Reality Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Mandy is currently deepening her practice through training in Expressive Therapies, incorporating creative tools such as visual art and symbol work to help her clients access parts of themselves that words alone may not reach.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, Mandy believes that healing is not about returning to who we were before the pain but about becoming someone new, shaped by what we have lived through, softened by compassion, and anchored in the quiet strength we discover along the way.
