Cindy's professional background spans over two decades in leadership, human resources, and hospitality, currently as Vice President of People and Culture for an international hospitality group.
Through her work with individuals at various life stages and professional levels, Cindy has come to deeply value the importance of emotional well-being, self-awareness, and meaningful connections. As an organisational coach, she has supported many executives, especially emerging leaders and young professionals, in navigating personal challenges and career transitions.
As a mother of two Brazilian-Chinese teenagers, she also understands the complexity of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. Born in Hong Kong, Cindy has lived in Brazil and now resides in Singapore. She works well in a multinational environment and has travelled for business to over 20 countries in the Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe. Her professional journey informs her approach to counselling: empathetic, respectful, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to make their own choices and become a better version of themselves.
