Fundamentals of Gestalt Therapy with Children and Adolescents
Mitsuna’s rich experience of living in nine countries and working with various MNCs, along with her non-judgmental, multi-perspective approach, helps her clients navigate the uncertainty in their lives. Mitsuna is especially passionate about advocating for the change in societal attitudes towards mental health. She is also a dedicated advocate for making therapy safe, approachable and accessible for everyone.
Mitsuna's therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic and existential principles. She integrates Gestalt techniques and IFS principles with behavioural therapy to help her clients gain a deeper self-awareness, leading towards change.
