(Candidate, College of Allied Educators (CAE)
Having lived in 9 different countries, Mitsuna brings a deeply multicultural lens to both her personal and professional life. For the past 14 years, Singapore has been her home— a place that has shaped her identity and deepened her journey of self-discovery. She is currently completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology (Nov 2025).
Mitsuna is passionate about creating safe, non-judgmental spaces for self-discovery and healing. She hopes to shift the societal attitude towards mental health, especially for the next generation. She is also a dedicated advocate for making therapy safe, approachable and accessible for everyone.
Believing that every person is unique, Mitsuna's therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic and existential principles. She integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt techniques to support clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. Mitsuna meets each person where they are, with compassion, openness, and respect. She invites her clients "to come as they are—because we are all a work in progress."
Married to a Singaporean, and a mother of two lovely girls, Mitsuna enjoys running in the park, hiking up a mountain or getting lost in nature during her free time.
