Sharon’s professional career spans public policy, organisational transformation and employee engagement. This has shaped her reflective and thoughtful way of connecting with people from all walks of life. Aligned with her curiosity, future-oriented and multi-perspective approach, Sharon enrolled for counselling studies so she could seek to create safe and respectful spaces where individuals feel heard, understood and supported without judgement.
Sharon’s rich experience in Singapore’s public service include mentoring young professionals going through personal challenges, and working closely with teams navigating uncertainty and change. These experiences deepened her interest in the emotional and relational aspects of well-being.
