Winnie grew up in a community that struggles with financial difficulty and danger. It motivated her to help others, especially the less privileged and needy. 

Before her foray into counselling, Winnie holds diverse corporate experience in multinational organisations and has worked closely with people of all levels. She made a career switch to serve in a faith-based organisation. Winnie helps individuals and families re-examine their lives and develop interpersonal skills and growth mindsets. While helping others, Winnie found her calling to be a professional counsellor. She provides counselling for various issues, including anxiety, depression and addictions. 

Besides counselling the millennials, Winnie is passionate about helping older adults find meaning in their remaining years, including meeting their unfulfilled dreams.

CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Choice Theory, Attachment
