Helena’s interest in counselling stems from her journey and recovery from past trauma, grief and loss. She believes in the potential for positive change. She hopes to provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to navigate challenges and foster personal growth. Her approach to counselling is rooted in empathy, active listening through non-judgemental ways, and collaboration to harness the strengths of individuals.

Helena brings diverse experiences from the corporate world in Human Resources (HR). With a background spanning the public and private sectors, local enterprises, and multinational organisations, she has worked closely and can connect with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds. 

​

In addition to her professional endeavours, Helena also makes a positive impact through volunteering. She is involved in causes such as supporting special needs and empowering young women through mentoring. Helena enjoys travelling, occasional hiking, leisure cycling and simple cooking.
