Critical Inner Voice.
The critical inner voice is negative thoughts and attitudes toward self and others. The critical inner voice is sometimes so subtle that quite often, you may not realise it. The critical inner voice condemns and discourages you from progressing.
The critical inner voice is often the result of unresolved traumatic experience and unforgiveness towards oneself. At times, critical inner voice meant to protect you from making a mistake but ended up causing you more harm and self-sabotaging.
